Can you convert old candle glasses in to shot glasses?

I have these pretty little glass candles I have already burned down, and there is still wax in them. I wanted to know if first it was safe?, then what is a safe way to remove all the wax?

get the wax out by putting it in the microwave and yes they would b safe for shot glasses
